E-store Terms & Conditions

All sales are transacted in Canadian dollars. You must be at least 19 years of age to make a purchase of wine from this website. Due to shipping requirements, minimum wine purchase is 6 bottles and total wine purchase must be a multiple of 6 bottles.

Bottle Deposits and Taxes

Prices shown include tax. Bottle deposit is added separately and charged at $0.20 per bottle ($0.10 for the Vidal Icewine).

Shipping

Wine
Orders will be shipped by Canada Post. Wine orders can be shipped only in the Province of Ontario. Your wine order will be shipped in a special "no-breakage secured shipping" crate designed to protect your order from damage during transport. Two crate sizes are available: the small crate holds 6 bottles and shipping is charged at a flat rate of $19. The large crate holds a full case (12 bottles) and ships for a flat rate of $27. Crates must be filled in order to provide the proper protection against breakage. Therefore, there is a minimum order of 6 bottles and the total number of bottles purchased must be a multiple of 6.

Other Products
Shipping for apparel and wine jellies is charged a flat rate of $5 per item. For our crystal wine glasses, a box of 6 ships for $8 and a box of 12 ships for $10. Dionysus tickets are charged a service fee of $3 per ticket. This fee is waived when purchasing a complete table of 8-10 tickets. These products can be shipped anywhere in Canada.
